According to Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, if Lesnar chooses to approach WWE about a comeback, it would require significant clearance from their legal team. Currently, WWE’s legal advisors have recommended that the company steer clear of Lesnar, due to his name being mentioned in the Vince McMahon-Janel Grant sex trafficking lawsuit.
Meltzer emphasized that while circumstances could change, Lesnar’s potential return hinges on the legal team’s approval. Initially, Lesnar was expected to participate in the Royal Rumble, but legal complications related to McMahon’s lawsuit have impacted these plans.
Brock Lesnar was originally advertised for one PLE later this year, but he is not going to be on it.
Lesnar is going to be “gone for a while” and will be back for WrestleMania season in 2024.
